Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 

For Groups
Payment Policy

  • Service Confirmation: Your service is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total service cost.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 10 days before the scheduled event date.
  • Failure to Comply: Any violation of these payment terms may result in the cancellation of the reserved services.
  • Credit Card Payments: Payments made via credit card will incur an additional fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

30% (first deposit) is not refundable under any circumstances
Between the confirmation and 10 days before the event: 70% of the reserved services may be cancelled without any penality
Cancellations within 10 day before the  event will be 100% charged
Payments with credit card will have a credit card fee added to the total

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on Milanofashiontour.com, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.
